Shipping policy
Shipping is provided by Royal Mail:
- 2nd Class: 3-5 days
- 1st Class: 1-2 days
- Special Delivery (order by 12noon): next working day
Tracking is only available on Special Delivery shipping.
Dispatch time is 1-2 working days (on top of shipping days), 3rd party products may take longer - please contact us if you need a product by a certain date.
Personalised product dispatch time is 5-7 working days - please note once a personalised order begins processing, it cannot be cancelled.
